The Team Plan is designed for growing companies that need collaboration among multiple team members. The Growth Plan is tailored for large enterprises that require extensive data analytics and multiple integrations.

What is included in each plan?

Individual Plan: Includes 1 license (single seat), 40 monthly questions, and integration with 1 data source.

Team Plan: This plan includes 5 licenses, 2000 questions per month, and integration with 1 data source. It is ideal for teams needing collaborative access.

Growth Plan: Includes 10 licenses, 12000 monthly questions, and unlimited data source integrations. Perfect for larger teams and extensive data requirements.

How much do the plans cost?

Individual Plan: $169 per month (billed yearly)

Team Plan: $602 per month (billed monthly or yearly)

Growth Plan: $2,402 per month (billed monthly or yearly)

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, the Individual Plan offers a 1-month free trial. This trial allows you to explore Matau’s capabilities without any financial commitment. We encourage even those considering the Team or Growth plans to start with this trial to fully understand how Matau can benefit their business before upgrading.

What is the money-back guarantee?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on "Team" and "Growth" plans. If you ask fewer than 5 questions within the first 30 days and find that Matau does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund. This policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and confidence in our product.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan through the Matau dashboard, "Plan & Pricing" page. Whether your business is growing or you need to scale back, our flexible plan management allows you to adjust your subscription to fit your current needs.

How do I add additional licenses?

If you need more seats than your current plan provides, you can purchase extra licenses through the Matau dashboard, "Plan & Pricing" page:

Team Plan: Additional licenses are available at $99 per license. Each additional license includes 400 extra questions per month.

Growth Plan: Additional licenses are available at $218 per license. Each additional license includes 1200 extra questions per month.

What if I exceed the monthly question limit?

If you exceed the monthly question limit, you can purchase additional questions to continue using Matau without interruption through the Matau dashboard, "Plan & Pricing" page:

Individual Plan: $0.15 per question

Team Plan: $0.08 per question

Growth Plan: $0.01 per question

As a team member (not an admin), can I buy additional questions or licenses?

No, team members cannot purchase additional questions or licenses. Only the company admin has the authority to manage and purchase additional questions or licenses. Please contact your company admin if you need more resources.

Do the available questions in my plan expire at the end of each month?

No, the available questions in your plan do not expire at the end of each month. They are available in a pool that all team members can use until your subscription is valid. When you purchase additional questions, they are also added to this pool and remain available as long as your subscription is active.

Can I buy licenses or extra questions for a period longer than my current subscription?

No, you cannot purchase licenses or additional questions for a period longer than your current subscription’s expiration date. All additional licenses and questions must align with the duration of your active subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which accepts various payment methods including credit cards and direct bank transfers. Stripe is a secure and widely used payment processing platform that ensures your transactions are safe and reliable.

How often will I be billed?

You can find your next billing due date on the Matau dashboard, on the "Plan & Pricing" page.

Individual Plan: Billed yearly.

Team and Growth Plans: Billed monthly or yearly, depending on your preference. You can choose the billing cycle that best fits your financial planning.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Matau dashboard. Please note that cancelling your subscription will result in the immediate cessation of access to Matau’s services, and your data will be securely deleted. Ensure to back up any necessary information before cancelling.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing (or vice versa)?

Yes, you can switch your billing cycle from monthly to yearly or vice versa through the Matau dashboard. By switching to yearly billing, you will receive a 10% discount compared to monthly billing, offering additional savings.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be securely deleted immediately. Matau will no longer be able to provide answers related to that data. Ensure to back up any important information before canceling your subscription.
